 Welcome to Freedom Bank Mortgage's online exhibit! I am Chris Persil and have been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years, including secondary market and security sales. I have been with the Mortgage Division at Freedom Bank since 2007, where I originate every loan type, from Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, VHDA, Jumbo, to our portfolio high balance/Jumbo loan program. Additionally, I have assisted First Time Homebuyers with affordable programs, such as Home Ready and Home Possible, and various grants offered through FHLB Atlanta and VHDA. The loan process is very smooth, and with both processing and underwriting in-house there is constant communication with all parties on the status of the loan.
